The project was approved in 2020 but due to the COVID pandemic restrictions was completed in 2022. During the project from March to June (2022), approximately 20-25 undergraduate students of the Department of Business Administration of the University of Thessaly participated in four online sessions. The program was successfully completed at the end of June with a half day bootcamp with the professors, students, and panelists.

The cooperation of the professors and the dialogue developed by the participants led to the interest in conducting research on the topic of "Students' Perceptions on their Professional Image (Personal Branding) - Effects on their Career Aspirations". The research will be presented at future conferences and a related article is expected to be written with the results of the research.

The Greek Diaspora Fellowship Program (GDFP) is a fellowship exchange program for Greek universities that hosts Greek scholars from the diaspora in the fields of collaborative research, curriculum co-development, and/or mentoring and teaching graduate/undergraduate students.
