Dr. Achilleas Anagnostopoulos is a Faculty Teaching Fellow in the Department of Business Administration, University of Thessaly, Greece. He holds a PhD in Labour Management Relations and Human Resource Management Practices from the University of Birmingham, UK. He has been involved in European research projects, contributing empirical research which has been presented at international conferences and published in academic journals. In addition, he has participated in European and national research projects while his work has been presented at international conferences and published in scientific journals. He is recently involved in the projects "Ex-Post Evaluation of European Globalization Adjustment Funding" of the EU, as National Expert of Greece and the "Enhancement of Business Cooperation and Public Employment Services in Thessaly" of the Federation of Industries of Greece, as Scientific Coordinator. He is also the Project Coordinator on "Collaborative Research and Mentoring of Future Young Business Professionals in Business and Social Skills" of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. His research interests include labour market flexibility, human resource management practices and strategic management of family/small-medium firms.
